Num Num Sauce Proudly Serving Num Num Sauces since 1940


Directions (30 minute meal)

1 bunch of Dino Kale 

1 large bell pepper or 3-4 small mini sweet peppers

1/4 cup of red onions

2-3 tbsp of Num Num Sauce (any flavor)

 

Remove the stems completely from the Dino kale. Add 1 tsp of salt and massage kale until it is withered (allows for good digestion). Chop red onions and bell pepper and mix into the kale. Add at least 2-3 tbsp  of your choice of Num Num sauce, any flavor will work. No additional seasoning is needed, all the seasoning is in the sauce. Add quinoa into the salad on on the side. 

Serves 2 or 3 people.
