Michael Lloyd established Amelioron in 2005. Mr. Lloyd’s background consists of several years of bio-processing industry experience performing product manufacturing and process development in RTP, North Carolina. Following a few years of development, Amelioron launched its first consumable sauce product in 2008. Mr. Lloyd is the great grandson of Pop Faison. Pop Faison made the first derivative of NumNum Sauce in the mid 1940's, around the end of WWII. The product was formerly known as Faison & Faison Barbeque Sauce.
